Thousands of horses galloped to drink around Shandan Horse Farm in Northwest China's Gansu province on Feb 17.

The farm is located in the middle of the province's Hexi Corridor and is one of the oldest and largest horse farms in the world, covering a total area of about 2,200 square kilometers and tracing back to the Western Han Dynasty (206 BC-AD 24).

Locals have resumed their work after the outbreak of novel coronavirus.
