With gates shut for about two months, Hong Kong Disneyland will reopen to the public on September 25, the park announced Tuesday.

Closed on January 26 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the theme park briefly resumed operations on June 18 as the pandemic eased in Hong Kong. But in mid-July, it was again closed due to a new COVID-19 outbreak.

This time, the park will be open five days a week, and closed every Tuesday and Thursday. All visitors will be required to register their entry online and submit a health statement.

Stringent anti-epidemic measures will also be in place, including limiting the number of visitors, measuring their temperature, mandatory mask rules, maintaining social distance, and enhancing cleaning and disinfection.
