Top scenic spots reopen to tourists in China's resort city

HAIKOU, Feb. 21 (Xinhua) -- The top-rated scenic spots reopened to tourists Friday in Sanya, a resort city in south China's island province of Hainan, amid the novel coronavirus epidemic.

The four tourist attractions have carried out epidemic prevention and control measures while resuming operation, including disinfecting public areas and facilities, taking the temperature for tourists and checking their masks at the entrance, and preventing tourists from gathering in large groups.

All the scenic spots closed on Jan. 25 in the city due to the novel coronavirus outbreak.
