62 spotted seal cubs rescued in NE China

<p style="text-align: left;">Police in northeast China’s Dalian city recently cracked down on an illegal hunt for 100 spotted seal cubs. 62 cubs that survived the trauma and malnutrition will be returned to the sea in the next few months.
