One of the trains built by China's CRRC Tangshan Co.,Ltd. departs from Tapiales Station southwest of Buenos Aires on Thursday, bringing great convenience to Argentinians.
"The new Chinese-made train is particularly comfortable compared to the old trains in Argentina," said passenger Louis. And passenger Rosa is satisfied that the number of trips has greatly increased.
An Argentine technical manager tells People's Daily that he enjoys the cooperation with Chinese technicians and he is impressed by the quality of the train. "We look forward to further cooperation," the manager says.
Twenty-seven Chinese-made internal combustion trains run on the line 19 hours a day with a projected speed of 100km/h. Each car carries more than 100 passengers with an automatic system and network control.
