Precision fertilization, hydroponic cultivation for growing lettuce, scanning a QR code to irrigate crops, intelligent control of temperature and humidity in the planting space...The Ding Chun Park in Beijing shows how technologies have helped fill and diversify the “vegetable baskets” of local residents.

By 2035, the city will have 100 agritech demonstration bases that will serve as a technology pillar and pioneer in ensuring agricultural goods supply and a green high quality development. This tour also impressed Sharon, who hopes to bring this kind of technology back to her home in Kenya.
