Chinese school helps foster polytechnic education in Rwanda

<p>In the mountains and forests of Rwanda is the campus of Integrated Polytechnic Regional College of Musanze (IPRC Musanze), a school built with Chinese aid.&nbsp;</p><p>IPRC Musanze and seven more polytechnic schools welcomed three teachers from Jinhua Polytechnic last November. The Chinese teachers have helped with teacher training and developing curriculum.&nbsp;</p><p>Jinhua Polytechnic is setting up a skill training center and Chinese language learning center in IPRC Musanze, which will contain five majors including digital information and equipment manufacturing.&nbsp;</p><p>The expansion of IPRC Musanze is on the agenda. With an expected $16 million investment, students with a higher diploma will increase to 3,000 from 1,098.</p><p><span style="color: rgb(191, 191, 191);">(Video by Lyu Qiang, edited by Qiao Wai)</span></p>
