The UN Climate Change Conference (COP28) ran from November 30 to December 12 in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates (UAE). It is regarded as a milestone moment as it responds to the first-ever Global Stocktake of the Paris Agreement. Among the Chinese delegates is Dr. Wu Changhua, Acting Chair of the Governing Council of the Asia Pacific Water Forum and Senior Fellow of the Institute of Public Environmental Affairs. In this episode, we discussed her perspectives on the outcomes of COP28, climate finance and her reflections on the conference.
