The Hungarian section of the Hungary–Serbia Railway is set to launch passenger services soon, following the official resumption of freight operations on February 27. With the Serbian section already in operation, the full line will bring Budapest and Belgrade closer than ever, cutting travel time from 8 hours to about 3.5 hours.
