After a long journey, Bubble Bamboo has finally returned to his native habitat in Sichuan's Wolong National Nature Reserve, where an heartwarming reunion unfolds with an old companion.
Designated as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, Wolong is home to around 4,000 plant species and thousands of wildlife species. Among its most iconic residents are the giant panda and the golden snub-nosed monkey, both protected under China's highest conservation status.
