Exclusive footage obtained by our team shows two Philippine Navy rubber boats deliberately ramming a Chinese patrol boat near Ren'ai Reef on the morning of July 20. China then took proportionate countermeasures to bring the situation under control. Philippine personnel struck first, using paddles and long poles to attack Chinese law enforcement officers. But afterward, the Philippine side released selective footage showing only China's response, while portraying itself as the victim.
