As the situation has continued to intensify, amphibious all-terrain vehicles have been deployed to assist with emergency rescue and relief efforts. Capable of traveling on both land and water, the vehicles can operate on tracks in water less than 1.2 meters deep and automatically switch to floating mode when the water rises above that level.
