The C919, China's domestically developed large passenger aircraft, landed in the Mongolian capital of Ulan Bator from Beijing on Wednesday afternoon, safely completing its first international commercial flight. The airport in Ulan Bator gave it a water canon salute upon arrival. The C919 is China's first self-developed trunk jetliner in accordance with international airworthiness standards and registered with independent intellectual property rights. The flight marks another milestone since its maiden commercial flight on May 28, 2023.
