Global Governance Initiative: partnership for a shared future

The 2026 Global Governance Forum (Xiong'an) is being held in the Xiong'an New Area, North China's Hebei Province, from Friday to Sunday. In 2025, as the world marked the 80th anniversary of the victory of the World Anti-Fascist War and the founding of the United Nations, Chinese President Xi Jinping launched the Global Governance Initiative. Today, the initiative is evolving from a Chinese proposal into international practice, and showing growing vitality.
