Recently, the students of Zhejiang Shuren University were surprised to find a nest of birds' eggs in their dormitory! The students returned to the school when the epidemic lockdown was eased. It has been several months since they left school。When they went back to school they found a nest with six eggs in the corner of their balcony. Then students posted the process of the birds hatching on Weibo (Twitter’s counterpart in China) every day and received guidance from teachers.
Chen Danwei, a landscape architecture major at the university's school of urban construction, is a veteran bird-watcher. She remotely instructs students online to hatch the eggs, which Chen believes is actually a blackbird.
