Students fill streets of Colombia capital in education march

<p>Student demonstrations in Bogota demanding for more higher education funding descended into violence on Thursday, December 13. The march began at around 3 pm as demonstrators headed off from the National University towards Journalists&#39; Park. In the video, police armed in riot gear can be seen firing tear gas to disperse unruly protesters.&nbsp;</p><p>Thursday&#39;s demonstration marks the last in a series of marches, many ending in violence, organised by students demanding an increase in funds for higher education.
