<p>Chinese President Xi Jinping arrived at Port Moresby on Thursday to pay a state visit to Papua New Guinea and attend the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Economic Leaders&#39; Meeting.</p><p>Xi&#39;s visit is the first by a Chinese head of state to the Pacific island nation.
