World’s tallest concrete bridge tower finished construction in Guizhou

<p>Pingtang Grand Bridge, which is expected to be the world’s tallest concrete bridge, finished construction of the bridge towers on Wednesday in Pingtang County, Guizhou Province.</p><p>The bridge tower numbered 16, is 332 meters in height, which is 20 meters taller than the Eiffel Tower in Paris.</p><p>The bridge spans 2,135 meters across a valley to connect the neighboring townships of Yazhou and Tongzhou.</p><p>The rest of the construction will be finished in 2019.</p><p><span style="color: rgb(191, 191, 191);">(Video source: VCG, edited by Qiao Wai)</span></p>
