What does it mean to the world?</p><p>China Xinhua News Network Corporation (CNC) reviewed Chinese President Xi Jinping&#39;s diplomatic achievements in the past year and his New Year&#39;s resolution in a video they released.</p><p>&quot;No matter what these changes bring, China will remain resolute and confident in its defense of its national sovereignty and security.
