Zhang Hui is a master of the craft of creating Yellow River Chengni inkstones, which are listed as part of Henan Province's intangible cultural heritage.

The Yellow River Chengni inkstone is one of the four famous inkstones in China. The technique for making it was lost after the end of the Qing Dynasty and restored by Zhang's parents in the 1980s.

Zhang now provides training to help people, including some deaf-mute students, to learn about this traditional craft. Check out this video to know more about Zhang's story.
