The Nujiang River valley from Southwest China's Yunnan Province is one of the world's deepest and longest gorges. It is also one of China's poorest areas. The Lisu minority ethnic group there have long been cut off from the outside world.
In June, all members of the ethnic group were lifted out of poverty. How's the goal of securing a better life for everyone in the community accomplished?
