ISTANBUL, Jan. 28 (Xinhua) -- At least two people were killed and 11 others wounded on Monday when an oil carrier caught fire in a shipyard in Istanbul.
According to the Istanbul governor's office, the fire broke out as the oil carrier was under maintenance at the Tuzla shipyard along the Marmara Sea.
Of the wounded, one is in critical condition, the governor's office said in a written statement, noting an investigation has been launched into the incident.
Press reports said the cause of the fire was not immediately clear.
