BEIJING, Nov. 12 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.0 jolted 5km east of Passo, Indonesia at 1010 GMT on Tuesday, the US Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 49.77 km, was initially determined to be at 3.6103 degrees south latitude and 128.2992 degrees east longitude.
