WASHINGTON, Dec. 27 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.1 jolted 107 km SE of Arica, Chile at 13:55:21 GMT on Sunday, the US Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 112.77 km, was initially determined to be at 19.0866 degrees south latitude and 69.5104 degrees west longitude.
