HONG KONG, Oct. 5 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.1 jolted 69 km NE of Norsup, Vanuatu at 13:03:34 GMT on Monday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 120.55 km, was initially determined to be at 15.6302 degrees south latitude and 167.8688 degrees east longitude.
