NEW YORK, April 11 (Xinhua) -- A 5.2-magnitude earthquake jolted Mariana Islands region at 18:58:02 GMT on Sunday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 47.87 km, was initially determined to be at 17.9004 degrees north latitude and 147.284 degrees east longitude.
