NEW YORK, May 30 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.3 jolted southern East Pacific Rise at 17:14:29 GMT on Sunday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 24.4219 degrees south latitude and 115.7416 degrees west longitude.
