HONG KONG, Feb. 22 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.5 jolted 34 km SW of Hihifo, Tonga at 10:44:09 GMT on Tuesday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 159.13 km, was initially determined to be at 16.1408 degrees south latitude and 174.0505 degrees west longitude.
