HONG KONG, Nov. 8 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.2 jolted 126 km E of Hihifo, Tonga at 09:41:16 GMT on Friday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 80.4 km, was initially determined to be at 15.768 degrees south latitude and 172.585 degrees west longitude.
