JAKARTA, Sept. 6 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake measuring 6.9 magnitude rocked North Sulawesi province in central Indonesia on Sunday night, but did not potentially trigger a tsunami, the Indonesian meteorology and geophysics agency said.
