LUANDA, Aug. 21 (Xinhua) -- Seven people, including a Chinese citizen died, on Tuesday night as a result of a truck crash against a church in Sumbe city, southern Cuanza Sul province, local police reported on Wednesday.

Nine other people were also injured in the accident.

The truck crashed against the church when descending a hill. The pastor of the church was among the dead.

The Chinese citizen was a passenger in the truck.
