The Weibo account of China’s Consular Affairs said four Chinese nationals were on board, two of whom were seriously injured. The embassy in Milwaukee immediately asked the local government and hospital to treat the wounded and send staff to the hospital to visit the wounded and provide assistance.

The cause of the incident is still unknown and investigators are on their way to the scene, said local officials.
