US President-elect Joe Biden will receive his first presidential intelligence briefing on Monday, Biden's office said.

Following the briefing, Biden will meet with advisers, according to a short statement released by his office on Sunday.

The White House gave approval for Biden to receive the president's daily classified intelligence brief on Tuesday, giving Biden access to the latest intelligence reports about major national security threats around the globe.
