KABUL, Aug. 4 (Xinhua) -- At least two people were killed and three others injured as a blast rocked the Afghan capital of Kabul on Sunday, an official said on condition of anonymity.

Interior Ministry spokesman Nasrat Rahimi also confirmed the blast, saying it rocked Taimani area in Kabul at 5:30 p.m. local time and details would be released after an investigation.
