Saddened by the massive explosion in Beirut on Tuesday, China is willing to offer help to Lebanon, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson said on Wednesday while extending condolences to the victims.

"We express our deep condolences and sincere sympathy to the victims and their families. We wish the injured a speedy recovery," Wang said. “China is ready to provide assistance to help Lebanon properly handle the incident."
