Chinese ambassador visits Syrian disability center

Damascus (People’s Daily) – China’s ambassador to Syria, Qi Qianjin, recently visited the Syrian Organization for the Disabled (AAMAL) to express the Chinese government’s concern for Syrian children with disabilities who are currently undergoing special treatment and rehabilitation.

Qi shared a well-known Chinese saying with the AAML Board of Directors and said, “We should extend the love of the young ones in one’s family to that of other families.’” 

Qi also expressed his sincerest sympathy for Syria’s disabled children and promised his embassy would go all out to provide aid and assistance.  

Accompanied by Board of Director head Ali, Qi visited two children recovering from cochlear implant surgery made possible through a donation frp, the Chinese embassy in Damascus, and wished them a swift recovery and a happy life.  

Ali aslo expressed his sincere gratitude to Ambassador Qi, and pointed out that Syria cherished the donation from the Chinese Embasey as it was a reflection of the friendship that existed between the two nations.
