Organized by the National Health Commission of China and selected by the Health Commission of Guangdong province,the team includes eight experts in hospital management, respiratory medicine, critical care medicine, psychiatry, infection science, data analysis, virology and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Some of them have worked in Hubei.

During the medical team's two-week stay in Malaysia, they will share their experience and expertise on fighting COVID-19 with their Malaysian counterparts, which may help Malaysia's efforts against the pandemic.
