Chinese mainland reports 15 new confirmed COVID-19 cases, all imported

The Chinese mainland registered 15 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday, all of which were imported, the National Health Commission said on Wednesday.

Also on Tuesday, 14 asymptomatic cases were reported on the mainland. And a total of 365 asymptomatic patients are under medical observation.

No deaths related to the disease were reported, while 54 COVID-19 patients were discharged from hospitals.

The total number of confirmed cases on the Chinese mainland stands at 84,996 and the cumulative death toll is at 4,634.
