Paris (People's Daily) -- France’s Ministry of Health and Solidarity announced on Wednesday that there were 2,633 new cases of new coronary pneumonia in France compared with a day earlier.

A total of 106,206 cases have now been diagnosed of which 31,779 were admitted to hospital, 6,457 were severe, there were 17,167 fatalities and 31,000 were cured.

French Economy and Finance Minister Bruno Le Maire said that would take France several years to get over the economic consequences of the epidemic.
