Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) Vice Foreign Minister Choe Son Hui said that Pyongyang is willing to restart talks with the United States in late September. 

The meeting could be held at a time and place agreed between both sides, Choe Son Hui said in a statement on Monday, carried by DPRK's KCNA news agency.
