Singapore COVID-19 cases hit 4,000

Bangkok (People's Daily) - Singapore reported 728 new coronavirus (COVID-19) cases on Thursday, the largest daily increase since the outbreak began in January. The total now stands at 4,427, said Singapore’s Ministry of Health.
Among the new cases, 654 cases were linked to clusters at foreign employee dormitories, while new clusters were also linked to the dormitories.
A total of 31 people have been discharged from hospitals or community isolation facilities.
So far, 683 have fully recovered from the virus.
23 patients remain in critical condition or at intensive care units.
