Bangkok (People's Daily) - Nepal on Sunday confirmed 421 new coronavirus cases, bringing the total to 9,026 since the virus first arrived in the country in January.

A total of 7,231 patients remain hospitalized, 1,772 have recovered and returned home, and 23 have died from complications related to the disease, according to Nepal's Ministry of Public Health.
