US House Speaker's husband faces DUI arraignment on Wednesday

Paul Pelosi, the husband of U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, is scheduled to be arraigned in Napa County Superior Court on Wednesday on charges of "Driving Under the Influence (DUI) of Alcohol Causing Injury and Driving With .08% Blood Alcohol Level or Higher Causing Injury," the Napa County, California, District Attorney's Office said in a press release on Monday.

The charges stem from an automobile collision and subsequent DUI arrest on May 28, 2022.
