Globally, as of 10 am BJT on Monday, there have been 122,524,424 confirmed cases of coronavirus, including 2,703,620 deaths, reported the World Health Organization.

The outbreak has now claimed 550,428 lives in the US, the most of any country, with a total of 30,253,988 infections, according to a tally by the 1Point3Acres virus tracker as of 10 am BJT on Monday.

Confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Brazil have increased to 11,998,233 with 294,042 deaths, Johns Hopkins reported.

India has confirmed a total of 11,599,130 COVID-19 cases, raising the number of deaths to 159,755.

Russia has recorded 4,407,031 confirmed cases and 93,457 deaths.

The UK has reported 4,310,195 COVID-19 cases and 126,393 deaths from the virus so far.

France has confirmed 4,277,786 cases of COVID-19, with the number of deaths at 92,119.

The coronavirus pandemic has claimed 104,942 lives in Italy, bringing the total number of infections to 3,376,376.

A total of 3,212,332 people in Spain have tested positive for COVID-19, with the death toll at 72,910.

It is followed by Turkey with 30,061 deaths from 3,013,122 infections.

Germany's confirmed cases have increased to 2,670,001, with the number of deaths at 74,715, according to the JHU virus tracker.
