HONG KONG, Jan. 27 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.7 jolted Java, Indonesia, at 0120 GMT on Tuesday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 120.8 km, was initially determined to be at 8.07 degrees south latitude and 111.36 degrees east longitude.
