WASHINGTON, Jan. 28 (Xinhua) -- A massive armada, headed by the Aircraft Carrier Abraham Lincoln and larger than that sent to Venezuela, is heading to Iran, U.S. President Donald Trump said in a Truth Social post on Wednesday.
"Hopefully Iran will quickly 'Come to the Table' and negotiate a fair and equitable deal -- NO NUCLEAR WEAPONS -- one that is good for all parties," he wrote, warning that the U.S. armada is capable of carrying out its mission "with speed and violence, if necessary."
Trump also referred to the "Operation Midnight Hammer," which targeted Iranian nuclear facilities in June 2025, warning that the next attack would be "far worse" if a deal is not reached.
