5 killed in road accident in Russia's Krasnoyarsk Krai

MOSCOW, Feb. 3 (Xinhua) -- Five people, including four children, were killed and seven others injured on Monday evening when a bus collided with a truck on the R-255 Sibir highway in Russia's Krasnoyarsk Krai, local police reported.

The truck, which was towing a modular home, lost control after its trailer became detached, veering into the oncoming lane and striking a bus driven by a 52-year-old man, said police.

Thirteen people were on board the bus, including 11 children. Seven children were hospitalized, two in serious condition, according to authorities.
