TEHRAN, Feb. 5 (Xinhua) -- Iran's Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) seized two vessels involved in organized fuel smuggling in the Persian Gulf, the semi-official Mehr news agency reported on Thursday.

Authorities said that more than 1 million liters of smuggled fuel were discovered aboard the seized vessels, and 15 foreign crew members were detained and handed over to judicial authorities for legal proceedings, according to the report.
