TOKYO, Feb. 9 (Xinhua) -- Yoshihiko Noda and Tetsuo Saito, co-leaders of Japan's main opposition party Centrist Reform Alliance, announced on Monday that they would resign from their posts to take responsibility for the party's defeat in the House of Representatives election.
