Germany's Cologne Bonn Airport halts flights over security system failure

BERLIN, Feb. 13 (Xinhua) -- Operations at Germany's Cologne Bonn Airport were suspended on Friday following a failure of the passenger security screening system, German public broadcaster WDR reported.

Police said there was a security incident, although they declined to provide further details. It remains unclear how long the disruption would last.
